About Kanda Performance
Aaron Kanda grew up playing cricket for Kent, competitive from an early age and always looking for the next challenge. When cricket took a back seat, the gym filled the gap. What started as a hobby became a serious pursuit, and that pursuit eventually became Kanda Performance.
Away from fitness, Aaron works in finance and corporate treasury, holding a CIMA Level 4 Certification in Business Accounting. The same structured, long-term thinking he applies professionally is exactly how Kanda is built — no shortcuts, no guesswork, just a clear system that works.
On the coaching side, Aaron holds an IUSCA Level 7 in Hypertrophy Training in Sport and an SCE Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals Coach qualification (NSCA CEU Approved), with his SCE Level 4 S&C Coach Qualification currently in progress. He is also preparing to compete in Men's Physique and Classic Physique in September and October 2026. He coaches what he lives.
Kanda Performance started as an idea in 2025 and became a reality in 2026. The coaching business is the foundation, with supplements, clothing and gyms to follow. What makes this more remarkable is that all of it — the career, the qualifications, the competing and the brand — has been built before the age of 20. The goal is straightforward: build something real, build it properly, and share it with as many people as possible.
What We Stand For

The Process
You fill in the short application form with your goals, background and availability. We review every application personally — usually within 48 hours. If accepted, you'll receive a payment link and full onboarding pack to get started.

Payments & Commitments

Payments are taken monthly via Stripe — secure card payments, no hidden fees. Once accepted you'll receive a direct payment link for your chosen tier.
